Gather with a powerful circle of women for an afternoon retreat including sound healing, art therapy, akashic records, and storytelling.

We are living through a time where many old stories are ending, yet the new ones have not fully taken shape.

Individually and collectively, many of us are sensing the threshold between what has been and what wants to emerge next.

Life is an ongoing series of beginnings, endings and in-betweens. The ability to imagine, create and step into a new story is part of what makes us deeply and divinely human.

In times like these, it becomes even more essential to author your own story from a place of sovereignty, truth and conscious participation rather than simply inheriting the stories, expectations or limitations around you.

Join us for an afternoon retreat bringing together meditation, sound healing, storytelling, therapeutic art, Akashic exploration and conscious conversation.This is an opportunity to pause, reconnect and explore what becomes possible when we gather intentionally to reflect on the futures we are creating, both personally and collectively.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll explore themes of transition, healing, creativity, intuition, authorship and possibility through a series of immersive experiences and conversations designed to inspire reflection, connection and new perspectives

The retreat includes:

• A grounding and inspiring meditation with Lisa Kendall

• Sound Healing with Peter Canellis (please bring a mat)

• Therapeutic Art Vision Boarding with Lisa Kendall

• Opening the Akashic Records with Alicia Isaacs Howes to create a story we are ready to live more consciously

• Storytime with Peter Canellis, interviewed by Maureen Spielman, exploring his personal healing journey and the creation of his sound studio

• Storytime with Abigail Zoe Martin, interviewed by Maureen Spielman, on Magic, The Divine & the Power of Stories

• The Vision of Eden Healing Products with the Eden Apothecary Team: Abigail Zoe Martin, Saira Mohan & Rashmi Banthia

More than a retreat, this is an invitation into conscious relationship with yourself, your story and the collective future we are shaping together.

You’ll leave with inspiration, reflection, meaningful connection and perhaps a different relationship with what feels possible now.

A follow-up Zoom gathering will also be offered two weeks after the event to reconnect, reflect and continue the conversation together.
